Maybe creating an authentic IPA by actually putting it on a boat is the new hotness. Or something. Either way I may have to check out the book referenced in the article, unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be available in the US.
Update: Apparently, this guy has written other books on beer that are available in the US. Could be interesting…
