Oh man, I love this site. I don’t recall where I heard about it, but all of the recipes look delicious and what we’ve tried has been awesome. I highly recommend the site and I was super excited about the fact that they have a cookbook out now! It went straight to my wish list (no unnecessary spending at my household this month due to impending house buying).
While on the topic of awesome vegan-ness I can’t say enough good things about Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. Everything my wife has made from this cookbook has been ahhh-ma-zing and enjoyed by vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores alike.
